Accused....Nasredine Bousbaa

An Algerian citizen, Bousbaa is charged with collaborating with a terrorist organisation, and with the falsification of documents. The sentence requested by the prosecution is 11 years imprisonment. He is accused of having prepared false identity documentation for some of those involved in the bombings, 14 fake identity cards were discovered in the Leganés apartment where several members of the group committed suicide. He was imprisoned on the 2nd July 2004 following the discovery that he had received many calls from members of the group between January and the day of the bombings. He was released on bail in February 2005.
