A Moroccan citizen, Rachid Oulad Akcha is said to have been one of the group that carried out the bombings. The prosecution alleges that he was in the house where the bombs were prepared during February 2004, and that he participated together with his brother Mohamed Oulad Akcha in the acquisition and transport of the explosives used in the bombs.
