Accused....Rafa Zouhier

A Moroccan citizen, Zouhier is accused of collaboration with a terrorist organisation, and of supplying explosive substances. The prosecution requests 20 years imprisonment. A Guardia Civil informer, Zouhier is accused of having put the perpetrators of the bombings in contact with José Emilio Suárez Trashorras; accused of supplying the explosives used in the bombings. According to the indictment, Zouhier was aware of the transfer of the explosives and did not inform his police contacts until after the bombings occurred.
